The Merloop DPP platform is AI-powered software for the Digital Product Passport (DPP). Companies use it to create, verify, and publish product passports in accordance with the EU Ecodesign Regulation (ESPR)—all within a single application, from raw data to a verifiable product passport.
How the Software Works
- Create products: individually, via bulk import across multiple product categories, or directly from integrated systems.
- Complete data: Tracey AI parses supplier documents and maps the content to the appropriate DPP data points. The Supplier Agent automatically requests missing information from suppliers and verifies it.
- Verify: The DPP audit shows which required and optional details are still missing and navigates directly to the appropriate input field.
- Publish: The product passport is validated, issued as a W3C Verifiable Credential, and can be exported in formats such as JSON-LD.
Features at a Glance
- Easy integration: Connectivity to ERP, PIM, and e-commerce systems—via pre-built integrations or APIs.
- AI-powered data capture: less manual entry, even for large product ranges.
- Verifiable product profiles: W3C Verifiable Credentials and machine-readable export.
- EU DPP Registry: Integration with the EU registry has already been implemented.
- Existing product identifiers: Brands continue to use their own identifiers, such as the GTIN.
- White-label: Consulting firms and solution partners can use the platform under their own brand.
