Alles begann mit einem simplen Beep….
Dass Maschinen über das Auslesen des Barcodes erstmalig Produktinformationen verarbeiten konnten, machte die Entwicklung moderner Liefernetzwerke erst möglich. Automation ist heute aktueller denn je, dabei verläuft die Geschwindigkeit des technischen Fortschritts im digitalen Zeitalter nicht mehr linear, sondern exponentiell. Diese Verdopplerei der Gegenwart stellt Unternehmen vor große Herausforderungen.
Im Spannungsfeld zwischen etablierten Systemen, Kundenwünschen und Technologiefortschritt müssen alle Antworten finden auf eine rasant steigende Marktdynamik, auf immer kürzere Innovationszyklen und einen stets wachsenden Grad an Komplexität.

It all started with a simple beep….
The fact that machines were able to process product information for the first time by scanning barcodes is what made the development of modern delivery networks possible in the first place. Automation is more relevant today than ever before, yet in the digital age, the pace of technological progress is no longer linear but exponential. This current trend of exponential growth poses major challenges for companies.
Caught between established systems, customer expectations, and technological advancements, everyone must find answers to rapidly changing market dynamics, ever-shorter innovation cycles, and an ever-increasing level of complexity.
