Manchmal müssen für die Inbetriebnahme der EDI-Kommunikation bestimmte Bedingungen vorliegen, was für die meisten Lieferanten bereits zutrifft, und womit wir Ihnen ebenfalls behilflich sein oder Ihnen zumindest die richtige Richtung weisen können. Dies betrifft z. B. den Besitz einer GLN.
2) EDI-Implementierung ins Firmensystem
Dieser Schritt lohnt sich nicht für kleine Unternehmen, für die webEDI die sinnvollere und zugänglichere Variante ist. In Zusammenarbeit mit einem ERP Integrator müssen Anpassungen, Einstellungen und eine Anbindung der EDI-Kommunikation vorgenommen werden. Vor allen Dingen müssen sog. Inhouse-Formate der einzelnen Dokumente für den Ein- und Ausgang ins Informationssystem vorbereitet werden. Unser Fachmann berät Sie bei der Auswahl der Formate. Eine EDI-Anbindung ist im Prinzip an jedes Informationssystem möglich. Wir sind an mehr als 250 ERP angebunden.
3) Testen und EDI-Inbetriebnahme
Die Testphase dauert rund einen Monat. Sie beginnt mit der Erstellung von Prüfnachrichten, die von uns auf Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit kontrolliert werden. Anschließend fließen die Dokumente sowohl mittels EDI als auch auf die herkömmliche Weise. Wenn alles läuft, wie es soll, wird der alte Kanal abgeschnitten und die Dokumente fließen nur noch elektronisch in einer strukturierten Form.

3) Testing and EDI commissioning
The test phase lasts about one month. It begins with the creation of test messages, which we check for accuracy and completeness. Then the documents flow both via EDI and in the conventional way. When everything is running as it should, the old channel is cut off and the documents flow only electronically in a structured form.
