Der AM Serializer bringt eine digitale Identität automatisiert auf das physische Bauteil. Die Software übernimmt Auftrags- und Identitätsdaten aus ERP, MES oder PLM, wendet die hinterlegte Kennzeichnungsregel an und erzeugt daraus entweder eine markierbare 3D-Geometrie oder die Kennzeichnungsdaten für ein nachgelagertes System. Der AM Serializer setzt vorhandene Nummernkreise und Markierungen an die richtige Stelle, im richtigen Format und auf das richtige Bauteil.

The AM Serializer automatically transfers a digital identity onto the physical part. The software receives order and identity data from ERP, MES, or PLM systems, applies the predefined marking rule, and generates either a markable 3D geometry or the marking data required by a downstream system. The AM Serializer uses existing number ranges and places the marking in the correct position, in the correct format, and on the correct part.
