The cloud-native technology enables the central handling of all sales processes on over 150 channels worldwide, such as marketplaces, online stores and the POS. plentysystems offers a wide range of functions, which includes merchandise management including PIM and inventory management, a module for order and payment processing (OMS), as well as a CRM for contact management and customer communication. Bookkeeping can also be carried out securely and in compliance with GoBD and transferred via a connection to DATEV. In addition, the software has the integrated plentyShop store system including CMS, provides business intelligence solutions and offers options for the partial and full automation of processes.

The system can be flexibly expanded and, thanks to the REST API interface, can be seamlessly embedded in existing IT infrastructures or used as middleware in conjunction with other ERP software.
