DPP Hero ist eine Batteriepass-Software, mit der Unternehmen ihren digitalen Produktpass nach DIN SPEC 99100 erstellen, verwalten und veröffentlichen — ohne IT-Projekt, ohne Setup-Aufwand.
Der geführte Editor deckt alle Datenanforderungen der DIN SPEC 99100 ab: Identifikation und Stammdaten, Materialzusammensetzung, CO₂-Fußabdruck, Sorgfaltspflicht, Kreislaufwirtschaft, Leistungsdaten und Labeling. Jedes veröffentlichte Produkt erhält automatisch eine öffentliche Produktseite mit QR-Code auf Basis von GS1 Digital Link.
Fertige Batteriepässe lassen sich als JSON (DIN SPEC 99100) oder PDF exportieren. Externe Zulieferer füllen Datenbereiche direkt per Share-Link aus — ohne eigenen Account. Für die Anbindung an bestehende Systeme steht eine REST-API zur Verfügung.
DPP Hero ist ein Readiness-Tool für die EU-Batterieverordnung. Alle Daten werden DSGVO-konform in deutschen Rechenzentren gehostet.
