Serialisierungssystem und Etikettiersystem
Mit Hilfe der vollautomatischen Etikettier- und Serialisierungsmaschine VRM-PV können unterschiedliche zylindrische oder quadratische Produkte schnell und präzise am Umfang etikettiert und serialisiert werden. Die Maschine kommt daher in vielen Branchen zum Einsatz von Pharma über Lebensmittel bis hin zu Kosmetik. Mit einem Modell können gleichzeitig mehrere, verschiedene Formate abgedeckt werden.
Das System VRM-DS beinhaltet eine 3- Rollen-Drehstation und kommt zum Einsatz bis zu einer Leistung von 60 Produkten pro Minute. Es zeichnet sich durch höchste Etikettiergenauigkeit aus und kann optional die Behälter anhand einer Schweißnaht, Druckmarke oder eines anderen Merkmals vor der Etikettierung ausrichten (Zieletikettierung). Bei größeren Stückzahlen von bis zu 250 Produkten pro Minute kommt das Etikettiersystem VRM-RB zum Einsatz. Mit unserem Etikettenspender RAPID gewährleisten wir eine höchste Etikettiergenauigkeit im Bereich von +-0,2 mm bis +- 0,5 mm.
Zusatzmodule
Die Etikettiermaschinen können nach Belieben um Etikettendrucksysteme wie Thermotransferdrucksysteme, Thermal Inkjetgeräte (TIJ), Continous Inkjetsysteme (CIJ) oder Heißprägeeinrichtungen erweitern werden. Optionale Visionsysteme garantieren Qualitätskriterien wie Vorhandensein, Korrektheit von Druckdaten, Etikettenplatzierung auf Ihren Produkten und machen Reklamationen von Anfang an den Gar aus.
Serialization system and labeling system
With the help of the fully automatic VRM-PV labeling and serializing machine, different cylindrical or square products can be labeled and serialized quickly and precisely on the circumference. The machine is therefore used in many industries from pharmaceuticals to food and cosmetics. Several, different formats can be covered simultaneously with one model.
The VRM-DS system includes a 3-roll turning station and is used up to an output of 60 products per minute. It is characterized by the highest labeling accuracy and can optionally align the containers on the basis of a weld seam, print mark or other feature before labeling (target labeling). For larger quantities of up to 250 products per minute, the VRM-RB labeling system is used. With our label dispenser RAPID we guarantee the highest labeling accuracy in the range of +-0.2 mm to +- 0.5 mm.
Additional modules
The labeling machines can be expanded as desired to include label printing systems such as thermal transfer printing systems, thermal inkjet devices (TIJ), continuous inkjet systems (CIJ) or hot stamping devices. Optional vision systems guarantee quality criteria such as presence, correctness of print data, label placement on your products and eliminate complaints right from the start.
